Do you offer a fitting service?
Direct E Kitchens is for both retail and trade customers requiring supply only kitchens. However if you are interested a new kitchen on a supply and fit basis (in and around Leeds) please visit our partner website Sasi Kitchens - www.sasikitchens.co.uk
Do you offer a design service
Direct E Kitchens do not offer a design service. We can price a kitchen based on the exact units you require. However if you are interested in a design for your kitchen this can be done for a nominal fee through our partner website Sasi Kitchens - www.sasikitchens.co.uk
What is the guarantee on Direct E Kitchens?
All our kitchens come with a 10 year guarantee against manufacturers defects
What are the delivery times?
Normally within 7 days but if you do require a faster delivery we can generally accommodate.
Can you send a sample door?
If you require a sample door, this can be sent, however it will be at the retail cost, however this would be refunded off the price of the kitchen if you place a complete order.
How easy are the units to put together?
Very straight forward, most people could easily assemble a carcase in less than 5 minutes
Do you have a showroom?
No, we operate from a purpose built premises and can provide samples of kitchens, this is how we keep our prices so competitive.
How much is delivery?
Delivery varies depending on the amount of items you order. When you request a specific quote, we will always advise on the delivery costs.
Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?
Yes, although please check first for Scottish Highlands to check on times and availability.
Do you sell kitchen appliances?
